Continued from Part 1 (Click Here)

I felt some one tapping on my shoulder. I opened my eyes. The darkness was swallowed by the daylight. I saw a face in the bright sunshine. Uncle was pointing at his watch but I could not hear him. I realised that I had plugs in my ear. I removed them and suddenly a vast array of voices entered into my ears. People were chatting, vendors were selling tea and breakfast. Uncle told me that we were 15 minutes away from the destination. I thanked him and hurriedly packed up my things. The couple was having tea and I was sitting in front of them thinking about my wife, who must be waiting for me. I did not want to drink tea as she makes the world’s best tea.

I had a little conversation with elderly couple. He told me that they both were Yoga teachers and were visting my city to take up a Yoga camp. He then asked me if I do yoga. I answered that I wanted to learn but gave excuse of my hectic schedule. He offered me to teach a simple exercise. Before he could speak another sentence my mobile yelled. My lovely wife was on the other end and it was so refreshing to hear her voice. I told her that the train was just approaching the station.

From the my corner of eyes, I saw that Uncle was writing something on the paper. I was still on phone when train pulled into the station. I picked up my bag and was about to get off the train, when uncle gave me the paper. He told me that there was a very useful information on the paper. I was touched by his gesture and thanked him. Once in the taxi, I opened that paper and the first line was, ‘Exercise for reducing Snoring’.

My life just hit a reversed gear. I realised that the source of noice, ‘tractor noice’ – my wife corrected, was me. I was snoring and I am sure I must have interrupted everyone’e else sleep. But ignorant of my snoring I blamed that elderly uncle.  My wife handed me the paper and said, ‘Its time you join Yoga. I couldn’t tell you as I wanted you take rest after your hectic tours.’

All our life, we make fun of others mistakes and try to point others shortcomings, not realising that there are so many aspects inside us which can be corrected and improved. Sometimes its not outside world but the inside us which is responsible for our worries and pain. When we look deep inside, we are closer to GOD as he lives in each of us. When we reach inside us and move closer to GOD, we go through eternal bliss and peace.
